After approval of project by the client, and the finalization of the contract, Tshepo Mpumi Business Enterprise CC will develop a work programme and submit it for approval.
We will appoint qualified project managers. We also facilitate, if necessary, the information of the steering committee and labour forum. Only local service providers including sub-contractor and labourers are contracted for the project.
Tshepo Mpumi Business Enterprise will see to the smooth running of the project (hands-on), hold meetings with all the role players manage and implement the project and handle all matters pertaining the project.
As previously indicated, only local service providers are to be appointed in every project, the community becomes empowered through the construction process and their involvement they will also be empowered through training and participative in management style. This will be done in a way as to leave that community with a sense of ownership so as to take care of the project maintenance afterwards.
