Tshepo Mpumi Business Enterprise CC is a registered close-corporation entity in terms of the Companies Act of 2005, as Amended. The company is exclusively owned and controlled by Black people including women. Mr Moses Sibanyoni and Mrs Caroline Sibanyoni are the founding members and equal shareholders in the company. Both Mr and Mrs Sibanyoni holds 50% each in the member’s interest of the close corporation.

The company employs over 150 people, in particular women and youth in all its operations throughout South Africa, at the management level and in all of its business operations.

Tshepo Mpumi is a Level 1 BB-BEE contributor in terms of the Codes of Good Business Practice as Gazetted by the Department of Trade and Industry, and qualies for 135% preferential procurement recognition.
